Purchase of flat
Biggin and Scott have been great throughout the purchase so have decided to rent the flat out through them as well. So far they have done all I asked , have been prompt with replies and advice, and have answered all my many questions as both a buyer and a landlord. I was looking for an agent that would be great for landlord and for tenants Would recommend them

Dropped the ball a bit during covid, things picking back up again now?
My most recent experience with Biggin and Scott has been positive and I was able to lease out my property quickly after a couple of rough years during covid. There were a few issues during covid that necessitated me to request an acount manager change. The previous 15 years before that everything went well!
