Kat and the team at Biggin Scott worked diligently to seek another tenant for our property in ineer Melbourne. Their communication was excellent, they advertised consistently and followed up on those who inspected the property.

Great service!
The Team at Biggin & Scott Richmond provided me the best service I could ask for all these years, especially during this COVID pandemic. They overcame all the difficulties such as not being able to show perspective tenants the actual property during a lock-down and still made the deal. Every email I sent to them regarding various issues got answered in a timely manner. I would be more than happy to recommend them to my friends and anyone who needs such service.

Secured a tenant in difficult times
Harrison Lay put in a great effort despite the restrictions of Covid on property inspections in recent weeks. His persistence in organising inspections secured a tenant after a short period. The online website tour also gave potential renters a good idea of the features of the property. When any maintenance has been required on the property, Biggin and Scott’s access to quality tradesmen has removed the worry of arranging repairs from a distance. Well worth the investment.
