Jenn and her team (Alanna and Kate) were very professional and attentive starting right from when we first met to discuss renting our property. We were given a realistic rent appraisal and advice regarding a few things we needed be aware of before renting. Biggin Scott worked quickly to secure a tenant in the brief period inspections were allowed between lockdowns whilst also conducting the appropriate background checks on our behalf and keeping us informed. Once again the team at Biggin & Scott Richmond have come through even through repeated lock downs. In particular our Property Manager Harrison Lay was in regular contact keeping us up to date and assisting anyway he could if there was any problem. There were some small issues due to 3 lockdowns during the letting campaign. Also thankyou to the staff in the leasing department as well. A great team pulling together achieved a great result even through the most trying circumstances. Thanks to all for a fantastic result.
