Professional team
The Rental Team and Ms Turville at Biggin&Scott Richmond recently leased my property in Richmond. They found a fantastic tenant at the very first open for inspection and had all checks completed and documents signed within a day. In these difficult times with numerous properties vacant, Kate managed to achieve the best rent outcome possible; she guided us through the process with clear and prompt communication, honest and very professional opinion. Very happy with the end result!
Angela and the team at Biggin & Scott Richmond did a great job letting this property in a very difficult market! They constantly came back with new suggestions as to what we could do to make the property seem more attractive and despite having to deal with lockdowns and drop in demand we were able to secure a tenant quicker than expected. Thanks team!

WONDERFUL GIRLS TO WORK WITH
Our property has been a very difficult one to lease with a construction site next door. The girls kept us updated at all times with any updates and their advise was very considered.
