We have several properties managed by Biggin & Scott. Whenever there is an issue, whether it is a change in tenant or maintenance, it is always quick and efficiently addresses by our fabulous manager (Eva). She is excellent. Emails and messages are always answered within a timeframe that I expect. We have been with many agents over the years and we finally found an agent in Biggin & Scott, who have continuously met our expectations over the last six or so years. I don't say these words lightly, but the service we have received is always excellent. I would highly recommend.
