It had been quite some time since I last sold a house, and I knew things had likely changed a lot. I’m incredibly grateful for Deron’s guidance throughout the entire process. He expertly coordinated everything needed to get my property market-ready, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Deron’s marketing skills are exceptional—I saw firsthand the success of the open houses he organized and how effectively he managed them. His diligent follow-up with potential buyers and his strong negotiation skills quickly secured the price I was hoping for. Deron is a highly professional, respectful, and hardworking young man. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to sell their home.

Jacob is a Honest and Professional Agent who knows his market We were more than impressed with the way Jacob was always available to talk to about any aspect of the sale and if he didn't know the answers he went out of his way to find out. The coming soon advertising was that successful that Jacob presented us with a excellent written offer on the property before the official launch. If you are after a professional diligent agent to sell your property we can not rate Jacob highly enough.

From our first meeting to the handover of keys on settlement, Brian and Lachlan Webster not ony excelled in every aspect but were with us every step of the way. Their advice on final preparations, photography, and marketing ensured our unique property was showcased in the best possible light to a wide audience, ultimately attracting the right buyer. Their communication with us, the buyers, and the solicitors made the process smooth and provided much-needed reassurance during what could have otherwise been a very stressful time! Brian and Lachlan went above and beyond, and we cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to sell.

If you want someone who will go above and beyond to get you the result you’re after, you won’t find a better team than Deron’s at Brisbane Real Estate. Deron has an unrivaled work ethic and ran the most comprehensive campaign for us in a very tight timeframe - even attending our property to meet with tradespeople and securing quotes in the lead up to sale when I was out of town ! Despite a huge volume of interest in the property, no stone was left unturned and Deron made sure every potential buyer was given the opportunity to come through prior to auction day. His advice and guidance was invaluable and because of his recommendations, the property presented beautifully, and we achieved the result we were looking for: a great price with a clean, unconditional contract within 2 weeks. Further, he is a very decent person who lives locally in Kenmore. Krystal was equally wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive- 24/7. Thanks for making the sale of our property a straightforward, pleasant experience.
