Saeed was firm with his price but he worked for the seller in the first place. For a buyer he will be responsive and will facilitate the buyers requests as well. Our situation was a bit unusual as the seller was old and won't speak much English and all comms needed to go through their children, making communication slower and harder. In the end, thank you very much Saeed!
