Following the signing of the sales contract, a plan of action was quickly and efficiently instigated. Brian and Lachlan had had the knowledge which I didn't have which extended my trust that the sale of the house was in safe hands. They viewed the house and arranged for aerial photographs to be taken of the buildings, garden and surrounding area. Using photographs, they created a display panel which was erected where it could be best observed. A persuasive brochure for interested clients showed the best features of the buildings and future potential. An impressive script described the benefits of the location of the house such as its proximity to public transport, parkland, school and shopping precincts . Brian and Lachlan were affable, considerate, ready to resolve the difficulties which emanated from time to time and committed to getting me the best outcome. We owned a mortgaged investment property in Kenmore, Brisbane. With the high interest rates, we were keen to sell quickly but at the same time didn't want to compromise too much on the sale price.
