Whilst doing some research about the townhouse market in Bentleigh I came across Simon at a couple of properties similar to my own. He presented very well, was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour too. He was the first agent to contact me after the weekend and I invited him and two other agents to suggest a way forward regarding selling my property. Although all three agents did a very good job, I chose Simon as he impressed me the most with well-planned campaign, great professionalism and great advice on how to sell the property.
