My partner and I have been searching for our new family home for some time. I came across Claude Mery at an open for inspection in Bentleigh. We found him to be very knowledgable and confident in his approach of the suburb we were looking in.. He was very thorough in presenting the house we were looking at and the comparisons were very accurate as we had done our research. It was a very pleasant and hassle free experience our offer was presented accepted and now we are home owners in Bentleigh.

Claude I would like to congratulate you on such a successful sale of my parents property. Your attention to detail and proactive approach around the sale of our property were second to none. As an real estate agent myself working in the industry for over 10 years, you by far exceeded my expectation on the service and result you have achieved and I commend you for that! Your advice and strategy to market my family home I believe resulted in the exceptional sale price of my property. I will not hesitate to recommend you to any of my friends or family that are looking at selling their property in your local area. Thank you once again for all your hard work!

Having not purchased a property for over 20 years I was a little bit apprehensive about the private sale process, and generally wary of Real Estate Agents. Claude however, with his professional communication style, quickly made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the process and was able to quickly negotiate an amicable settlement between the parties. I would not hesitate to use Claude again either as a buyer or seller.

Simon was recommended to us through his office, Buxton of Bentleigh. We found Simon to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable agent. He communicated with us regularly with updates on the campaign to auction our home of 31 years. On the day of the auction he was reassuring during the negotiations which were held after our property was passed in. We sold on the day getting an exceptional price with which we are extremely happy. Many thanks Simon.

Simon was all I hoped from a Real Estate Agent. He sold our property in a short time, and a good price. He developed a good marketing approach and updated us regularly. He was also available after hours. He new the area extremely well and his advice was very credible. I would use Simon again and highly recommend him to others .Many thanks Tom Friedman .

Angelo's conduct and professionalism from the day we met him was exemplary. His presentation and plans for getting the best result from the start were excellent and we felt comfortable with choosing Angelo for our campaign. His communication was outstanding throughout, always keeping us informed and he was very considerate when arranging inspections. On auction day he handled the proceedings exceptionally and throughout the negotiations worked extremely hard to get the best result for us while keeping the purchaser in a very positive position. I would highly recommend Angelo to anyone. David Webb

This was my first time selling with Ivan and it would be silly for me to sell with anyone else. Ivan is professional and his knowledge on the area and estate in general would be the best ive ever seen and I used to be one. Amazing and thank you for selling my home.

We chose Simon to sell our home for a few reasons. Simon's approach is highly professional, driven, and ethical. He operates in a way that gives the vendor transparency as to how he works. We were most impressed with his knowledge and history of results. He never places pressure and is always ready for discussion or questions. His communication style is always courteous and professional. Simon also went above and beyond to market the house and left no stone unturned. Attention to detail, effort and open discussion about the campaign process is exceptional. Simon presented with all these qualities consistently - he never deterred throughout the process showing evidence that he sustains his drive, professionalism and is true to his character.

Ive found Ivan to be the best agent I've ever used both for houses I've sold and bought through him. He makes things easy in ways I didn't even think was possible to make easier.
