We found Simon to be a very professional and reputable person to deal with. Simon was very helpful and understanding at all times which was demonstrated by his willingness to seek a private viewing for us when circumstances needed it and his willingness to help us when actually on a short leave break. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

Angelo, we would like to convey our sincere thanks to you for your help with the sale of our property in November 2015. We were very pleased with the price you achieved for us on auction day which you managed by advising us of the best advertising strategy and building a rapport with potential buyers. Having you as our lead agent and auctioneer proved to be very beneficial. We were very impressed by how available you were to us through the process and how efficiently you communicated with us after every open for inspection and during the campaign. You were also available to us after the sale which has been appreciated. Please send our thanks to the rest of your team which helped, especially the stylist and photographer who also did a fabulous job. We will be recommending you to our family and friends and wish you all the best in the future.

Simon was an absolute pro and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Communications were always transparent and prompt. Whilst you can be skeptical as a buyer, Simon offered some genuinely good tips and advice leading up to the sale. Market insight of not only the area but of the industry in general was evident and you only need to jump on YouTube to see this! Thank you Simon, James and Buxton for a great result!

Recently I had an experience selling my property 6b Forster Crt., Bentleigh East with Angelo Nikitas. I had sold properties before with the help of other agents, but Angelo is the best real estate agent I have ever met. Very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. If I would need an agent to sell my property I would definitely go with Angelo Nikitas.

Angelo came highly recommended so I went with him and Buxton. Could not have been happier with his professionalism and realistic approach to selling my house. Angelo never over promised and was always measured in what he said. His attention to detail and knowledge of the local market was outstanding. Achieved a great result on the day thanks to Angelo's ethical and professional sales skills. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great agent and an even better person.

Having just successfully sold a property at auction with Ivan Blow, I can thoroughly recommend his communication style, professional attitude, work ethic and diligent attention to detail. At every turn we were kept informed, provided assistance and felt that all relevant information was always provided. I recommend Ivan to anyone looking to sell or buy, he helped achieve our goal!

Simon was on the ball, hungry, and dedicated. Communication was open and honest and trust worthy. Simon has great market knowledge and negotiated hard for the sale of my property. I recommend highly and would use Simon again. Both Simon and Sarah were on the ball and critical in the pre sale set up of my home whilst i was overseas.
