After not achieving a result at auction as we had hoped for, Claude had his work cut out himself. After receiving a couple of offers that we refused, Claude stuck to his guns and to our requirement of a higher price than had been offered. the campaign was long and emotionally draining for my wife and I , in the last week of the agreed time frame for the campaign Claude came through with a buyer that met the price that we needed to be able to agree to sell our family home.
