Simon came on recommendation and we were hesitant as to who to choose as we had seeked out other agents But after having met with Simon a few times he put us at ease and never once pressured our decisons making process He is incredibily responsive, tenacious and thorough This was our first time selling it was a little indimidating given the crazy real estate market but Simon reassured us that all would be good. Although the house we ended up buying wasn't through Buxton, we were so impressed with Simon's market knowledge and proactivity that we selected him to sell our current property. We were blown away by Simon and the team of people he surrounds himself with. They were all incredibly professional and reliable, including Kate from Buxton, the guys he organised (at no cost to us) to clean all our windows prior to the open inspections, the flower people (who delivered flowers for our open inspections, again at no cost to us) and the stylist who came and offered suggestions and advice (at no cost to us). We can't thank Simon enough for the amazing result we achieved on auction day. It was well beyond our expectations and completely overshadowed the previous sales of townhouses beside us.
