Michelle worked with Halli to achieve a great result for us at auction. Michelle arranged for improvements and more than one stylist as part of advice to get the house ready for auction, and importantly what was not necessary to do. Michelle ensured the open for inspections, photos and styling and other things ran smoothly. Michelle and Halli suggested a strategy to maximise buyer interest and carried it through to auction day where there were a number of bidders.

Halli also gave us sound advice what we needed to do to get the house ready for auction and importantly what was not necessary to do. We purchased our current house from Halli. He also assisted us with advice in purchasing our next house via an expression of interest process (for another agency). Halli is very professional but he is also immensely likeable, honest and hard working. Having dealt with Halli in the past he was the only agent we wanted to have sell our house - we didn't even speak to another agent or agency. The entire process was handled so well, it was efficient, put our needs first and was transparent. We achieved a sale price much higher than our expectations largely because we feel Helli really worked hard on our sale. His experience was invaluable in the sale process. We couldn't recommend him high enough to others.
