Gary is very professional and patient.

Was understanding of my current situation.
It was a good experience although my campaign was a bit shorter than normal. Nevertheless Sonja and David were respectful and caring of my personal life at present. The auction probably could have gone a bit smoother and I did accept an offer below my lowest estimate of what I wanted. I do think it should have been mentioned about section 27 at that time and also I specifically wanted 60 day settlement but had to agree for 90 days for sale to go ahead. This complicated my move. But at the end of the day all is ok.

The manner in which Tom and the team prepared the property (including clearance of the clutter and organisation of Trades), presented the property, and conducted the campaign was at all times thorough, exemplary and highly professional. All of this preparatory work culminated in an excellent performance on auction day. The work undertaken by the team went “the extra mile” in every aspect and undoubtedly resulted in achieving a sale price which pleasingly exceeded all of our expectations.
