Quick and strong result
Halli was great from start to finish. He was laid back, but professional when it mattered. We started getting offers well before the auction date and Halli handled the situation very calmly even though things were getting tense. The house sold within 10 days for a price that exceeded our expectations. Halli is extremely good to work with. Still a gentleman in a cutthroat business.

Over the expected price and very good advices
Gary has helped us by recommending good trades people to freshen up the house for a fair price getting it prepped for Auction. There wasn’t much effort on our end. Buxton is surely the expert when it comes to South East Suburb properties. Can not recommend them enough.

Leanne is a genuine professional
We decided to sign with Leanne after she sold another local house with an amazing result (unfortunately we missed out on that one). When it came time to sell our house there was never any doubt who we would sign with. Leanne is a genuine professional and throughout the campaign kept us completely informed of all that was happening whilst setting realistic expectations.
