Carl was fabulous in sorting out my remote and post-separation property sale. He was happy to meet with my parents - who said he "seemed like a good bloke" and they couldn't have been more correct. Despite me being 1500km away and having to negotiate with both me and my ex-partner (separately), once it got moving, the sale couldn't have been smoother. Carl kept me informed every step of the way, but just got on and did what needed to be done. We got an excellent price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to sell your property by the bay.
