Comfortable and informative

Recommending Carl Calio
Carl was accommodating in terms of inspection times. He allowed us the ‘ space’ to make decisions and was supportive at every stage of the process. As we were new to the area, he was responsive to our request for recommendations in terms of trades people and each of these have been quality trades people

Carl is very professional and honest and tells it as it is.
We brought the property for my mum through Carl and his dad Con 23 years ago. When mum passed away and we had to sell the property I talked to 5 agents to try and gauge the market in the area, all were good in there own way but Carl seemed to have a bit of extra knowledge and is very professional and honest. I can highly recommend him.
