It's not the usual process writing a review for a real estate agent that was representing the vendor, and not me (the purchaser). Carl was exceptionally patient, honest and open through the entire process. Though he did not represent me, I always had a feeling that he was looking after everyone's best interests to ensure the sale went through. There were numerous periods with difficulties from my end - he was always patient, and went the extra step to help resolve the issue and reassure me. I first met Carl when I started renting in the local area. He took care of our rental property and made sure we were well taken care of during our tenancy. Based upon this experience I asked him to sell my home and I'm glad I did. He understood I wanted a quick sale but didn't want to devalue my property for it. He noticed all the work I had done to the place and wanted to make sure it was reflected in the asking price. He was able to sell my property at close to my asking price and certainly rose to the occasion when the time came to get that contract signed. He's a credit to his profession and someone I know I can always rely on professionally or otherwise.
