Richard was motivated, professional and really understood how to sell our house. His good humour made the process more bearable, and the members of his team who connected with us to ensure the house was ready for sale were highly skilled and helpful. Would eagerly recommend Richard and his team.

Brad made possible a successful outcome to the sale of our apartment. Living in Canberra we needed a lot of support pre sale and during marketing period. Brad is an excellent communicator, knows the local market and always kept us informed. He also had contacts and helpful suggestions we needed for renovation work prior to sale. Couldn't have had a better agent and highly recommend! Thanks Brad!

Richard has sold three properties for us now. We’ve never had more than two weekends of home opens and one property didn’t even go to market before it was sold. Richard is easy to work with and has a great team helping him. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Richard was fantastic in assisting us with the purchase of our new home, and very thoughtful in shouting us dinner on our first night after moving in. We would highly recommend Richard

Richard was appointed to see a block on my behalf as developer. Within a few weeks of listing he presented 3 offers, with a successful sale. Throughout the entire process he kept me informed & updated, along with his support person Kayler, who was equally as professional and stayed in contact. If you want an energetic and professional selling agent who gets results - Richard Is the “go to” for Doubleview. S

Brad is a no pressure sales person who is very service orientated. He is knowledgeable but not over the top when highlighting property characteristics. I would say Brad is accommodating of buyer needs and is prompt with responses on email and phone. He has been a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly deal with him in future.

Richard was great to deal with and he worked with the seller to address all my requests when buying my new home. Organising to have dinner delivered to us on the day we moved was really thoughtful and much appreciated. Thanks again!
