We found Richard to be a very friendly, approachable, professional agent who has a sound knowledge of the real estate market. He always gave us great advice but was never pushy and very prompt to respond to any of our concerns. His assistant Kayler Sansom was also a delightful young lady who was very efficient and professional in her work. Because of this we were able to achieve the successful sale of our house and highly recommend them and the team at Abel McGrath to anyone wanting to sell their property. Our sincere thanks to you all.

Brad is a highly motivated, friendly and extremely competent person with excellent responsive communication skills. He has a thorough understanding as to how a property should be presented for sale and is willing to assist in any way to enhance a properties appeal. I would recommend Brad Mantle as the number 1 choice to market any property in the Western Suburbs.

My sister and I chose Brad to sell our late fathers unit in Claremont because we knew he specialised in strata properties. Brad was exceptional from the start and went above and beyond our expectations. His wealth of knowledge gave us peace of mind that every last detail was taken care of. He pointed out aspects of the sale and process we were completely unaware of. His personal approach and care was such he helped with odd jobs outside of business hours. We were very impressed at Brad’s ability to sell at a difficult time of year within the timeframe we had hoped for. We are very happy sellers! Thanks Brad!

Richard and his team helped to sell my property. I would like to give my enormous compliment to him and Alice. They are really professional team and make everything very organised. Good communication and execution which are really rare in the market. I think those characteristics make Richard very successful in the suburbs he is working on. The most important thing Richard expressed me is that he is always thinking. He really think about how to sell the property rather than regularly running home open and waiting for buyers coming up. Richard told me "it was worth every penny". When the transaction completed, I can say he is right. Richard's suggestion was valuable. There is no doubt Richard will become a very successful agent in the market and just like other famous names we heard in Perth. I would like wish him and his team all the best and having a very very prosperous future.
