With no recent real estate experience, initial enquiries about/with possible agents was not very encouraging. Brad's name came up while searching, and from then on things looked up. Right from the start he was friendly, encouraging, helpful and, importantly, adaptable to my needs and circumstances. His helpful and professional manner continued throughout the property preparation and then marketing period with nothing apparently too much trouble and excellent sources of support. It was not an easy selling time, but was all concluded with good support and guidance. I was particularly impressed with his continuous communication, often a weakness in business dealings. He appeared to be well backed-up in the office. All in all a very successful and satisfying experience and Brad thoroughly earned his fee.
