Carolyn was great when we were preparing to get our house ready for the market all the do's and don'ts which I think we followed really well. We noticed this after the photos were taken how amazing the house really looked and also whilst looking for properties to purchase how poorly people setup their homes for display. Although the market at the time wasn't the best we received pretty close to what we were willing to take for it and it wasn't on the market for too long. Overall a pretty good experience !

Adrian was so personable in his dealings with me. Everything was so well-researched and organised, yet I never felt any control was taken from me in the process leading to the auction of my deceased Mother’s estate. The auction was fun and Adam, Adrian and Alana were so friendly and personally involved in my journey at a difficult time. I have had dealings with a few Real Estate Agents over the years but right from the start I knew that Carolyn was a professional. She turned up with a complete knowledge of my area, one that she had never worked in before, and knew right from the start what her plan of action was. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice of Agents. We put the property on the market and the pics were fabulous, after a few adjustments with furniture and ornaments by Carolyn. Well as expected we got off with a bit of a slow start as the market was at its lowest in years but Carolyn never faultered and sure enough after just 5 weeks along came the buyer that she always said would. I found Carolyn to be both professional and personal in an experience that is one of the most stressful that happens in life. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone and thank her for being such a wonderful and caring person. I hope she is chosen by anyone reading this as they won’t regret their choice.
