Carolyn has been and excellent agent both buying and selling as we purchased 7 Shetland Drive through her 3 years ago and she was the only choice for us when it come time to sell. The price we obtained was much higher that other agents put forward as the selling price and her market knowledge is clearly better than most in the area. We were never unsure about what was happening as we were kept informed all the way and Carolyn's feedback was always honest and open and she was never afraid to give us and uncomfortable news from a buyer.
