Professional agent
We have used the services of Adrian and His team on other properties and their professional service and advice has always been of a high standard. In this instance they recommended and used a short auction campaign to generate a high level of interest and urgency with several competing bidders on the day. Add a coffee van for ambience and generate some theatre in the auction process and an outstanding result achieved above every ones expectations.

Awesome Selling Experience
We signed with Adrian after a pretty ordinary experience with another agent. The contract was signed with him a couple of hours before we left on an overseas holiday. We were amazed how quickly Adrian worked to get serious buyers to view our house. Within 5 days we had an excellent offer which we accepted and the sale went through smoothly. It was amazing! In the future I wouldn't use any other agent to sell my house.

Excellent result
Carolyn understood our needs and with her local knowledge this made selling our home a lot easier than I first thought. Her passion and drive was second to none and she ensured that our needs were meet. Selling a home can be a stressful event but I can say this wasn't the case due to Carolyn keeping us informed of what was happening. I would recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling.

When looking to engage an agent to sell a family property in Subiaco, I was advised to research the best sellers in the area. This gave me the name of Janelle and another agent's name. As luck would have it, I bumped into an acquaintance who had recently sold a family home and purchased a smaller property, with Janelle representing them in both instances. This acquaintance had nothing but praise and kind words for Janelle - sentiments with which I completely agree.
