I've had very poor experiences in the past with other property management companies on the peninsula, but Abode have been exceptional since I moved to across to them in 2020. They're diligent, incredibly organised, everything is taken care with upmost professionalism. Nothing is forgotten about and they're been attentive to my concerns when considering new tenants. Very thorough inspections. And I think you would recieve the same treatment, weather leasing a granny flat or a mansion. The vendor team has also been so helpful and happy to give their time when we were considering selling, not pushy at all, just happy to give advice.. Highly recommend the team @ Abode.

Shelley from Abode is a rock solid partner for keeping investment prosperities tenanted with the right tenants while managing the all speed bumps along the way. I doubt there is another agent in Australia who would contribute so much of their own time to help look after a special needs tenant who got themselves into a spot bother. Just doing the little things, going round, checking in. Things that matter matter most. Wasn't asked, just did as a way to contribute to our community.

We rented through Abode with Shelley and Liam as agents for about 18 months. We like to be involved as landlords and ensure our tenants are getting what they need and they helped make this happen. When moving our tenants out so that we could move back in, Liam was very helpful, going above and beyond, to make sure we could access the property with trades to plan renovations. Coming back to the Peninsula has been a breeze. Was pretty anxious about how, where and when. Looked at a couple of rentals, but this was the one. So neat, clean and cosy. Having not rented for 40 odd years, I was very rusty. Shelley was amazing. So friendly,informative and thorough. She talked me through my tricky stuff ( forms on phones) Everything just fell into place. Weirdly easy in fact! Since being in, the couple of tiny issues I have had, have been addressed promptly and rectified. Not even been here a week and totally sorted. Thanks Shelley and team, for making what could have been a scarey mess, easy, smooth and actually enjoyable!!!
