Abode has managed my rental property in Mt Martha since 2018 and I highly recommend their property management team, particularly Shelley Clack who has been managing my property for over 2 years. The team have always been professional, reliable, prompt to communicate when required and fair when dealing with requests. When they say they will do something, it gets done quickly, with minimal fuss and to a good standard. They have excellent knowledge of the market and it has been reassuring to know my property is in good hands. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Coming back to the Peninsula has been a breeze. Was pretty anxious about how, where and when. Looked at a couple of rentals, but this was the one. So neat, clean and cosy. Having not rented for 40 odd years, I was very rusty. Shelley was amazing. So friendly, informative and thorough. She talked me through my tricky stuff ( forms on phones) Everything just fell into place. Weirdly easy in fact! Since being in, the couple of tiny issues I have had, have been addressed promptly and rectified. Not even been here a week and totally sorted. Thanks Shelley and team, for making what could have been a scarey mess, easy, smooth and actually enjoyable!!! I hope I don’t have to ring you, but if I do, I know you will jump into action and get the job done. Awesome service…… and with a definite smile!!’

Shelley Clack is a very RARE Real Estate Agent, in that she really cares for her clients and always goes the extra mile to help you, no matter what the requirement is. She really is a SUPER STAR AGENT, in a league all of her own. If you are looking for a highly professional, super-efficient yet always friendly Real Estate Agent to manage your property, then we highly recommend Shelley Clack from Abode Peninsula. She is light years ahead of the pack and it obvious from the moment you meet her that she is highly experienced and really knows her craft, and yet she is just a great human being who will listen well, and then find the best solutions for you in a manner that is warm, fun, and skilful. Whether you are a Tenant or a Homeowner, she will go the extra mile to help you. We were really struggling to find a suitable sizable home within the timeframe for all my collection of exotic furnishings in a very hot rental market, and Shelley was a beam of pure starlight in a very depressing overinflated market. We now have spectacular 180o water views watching sailing from our balcony over a beautiful pool, and watching the glorious sunsets. Thank you Shelley .... you made our vision come true. Blessings and Grateful Thanks, Linda and our Gentlemen here in Mt Martha ox
