Not an easy task, as in previous times I have felt the weight of the agent acting on the sellers behalf screwing you down for every cent, as you would expect however, Brad know what his clients expectations or limitations were and he knew mine and through great collaborative & robust discussions we were able to reach a fair and mutually happy agreement.
