My time with Abode has been great. As a Landlord they handled my property with care and attention. Always great with feedback and input. Brad sold my property with great professionalism. He was real and up front with explaining the parts of the process as a first time seller. After 2 days online my place was shown to the potential buyer. We had a sale straight away and the whole thing has been smooth and easy.

As the purchaser of the property, Brad and his team were there all the way with me, helping me to establish as honest and transparent communications between myself and the seller as much as possible. Not an easy task, as in previous times I have felt the weight of the agent acting on the sellers behalf screwing you down for every cent, as you would expect however, Brad know what his clients expectations or limitations were and he knew mine and through great collaborative & robust discussions we were able to reach a fair and mutually happy agreement. With that in mind, with the professionalism that Brad and his team have shown I intend to employ them as property managers whilst I am away, as they have given me the upmost confidence in their abilities to look after my investment and needs.

Brad stood out the day he came to give me an appraisal of my property. It was clear just talking to him that he was just an honest person and someone I felt I could trust with the sale of my home. It’s no little thing placing the sale of your home into the hands of someone so it was important I got the right person. And my gut instinct was right. My experience of the whole process from appraisal to being sold was seamless. I was informed every step of the way. I was listened to and all my questions were answered with attention to detail. Thank you Brad it means much that I found you as I took this big step in my life of selling up and moving into new beginnings.
