As usual when considering deals about anything from purchase of a shirt, car, washing machine, etc., we have a habit of choosing from a number of possibles, then a short list of, say 3 final candidates, then settling on one. Criteria for our decision, after certain homework, in this important deal was that our Agent should be primarily trustworthy, be experienced, have local market knowledge, be realistic in their expectations, not be overpowering or too 'pushy but be attentive, patient, sensitive, especially to us Oldies! Brad, you and your team fulfilled these conditions very well, with the clincher being your useful liaising on our behalf with 'Sam' Harrison of Buxtons, Sandringham; agent for the good compromise property we hoped for quite a time, to purchase: and have now done!
