We were very happy with the service we received from Brendan & Lindsay at Abode Property, they were very prompt in following up with any queries and arranged for us to have several comprehensive private inspections outside of normal hours. They offered suggestions with regard to local providers of Conveyancing and Building inspections and regularly liaised with the Vendor for us whenever we had any questions and got back within 24 hours or sooner. We were very happy with them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Brendan will sell your house. Best value for money agent on the peninsula and surrounds. Isn’t pushy, knows his stuff and talks to you without promising the world just to get you to sign up. No other agent I know uses professional photographers which includes floor plan at no extra cost. If your thinking of selling definitely see what Brendan can offer you, you won’t regret it.

We chose Abode properties after our initial meeting, Lindsay and Brendan are excellent communicators ,they know the market, and tell you what to expect, The property had a contract in about four weeks . They were up front with all costs , and how they intended to market the property As it was an estate sale , they were able to negotiate between my sisters and myself, going out of their way to help.
