Excellent service and a great result!
Brendan and his team made the process so easy and we were really happy with the sale. It was my Mum's first time selling a house and she wasn't sure where to start, Brendan and Lindsay were very patient, helping us every step of the way, we were both happy with the excellent service. I will definitely be using Abode Properties again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Fantastic result by Brendan at Abode
Would highly recommend Abode Properties to anyone. From the first initial meeting and onward, it felt like a very collaborative experience. Brendan and Lindsay gave us recommendations and also took our requests on board. They were always contactable and kept us informed at every point - even more so than our solicitors. Our house sold VERY quickly and it was a fantastic result. Couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. Thank you Brendan!

Brendan and Linsey were very good to deal with. They made the whole process so streamline and they’re were very helpful. They guided me through the whole process and were flexible. When first time we meet with Brendan Philp to estimate our house for sale, Brendan was very professional and he gave us true advise on the market and on what to expect. we had a clear idea where we were heading to and what to expect from the market. Great agent, professional service!
We first come across Brendan at an open inspection in Woody Point a few years ago while looking for a property for my in-laws. We found him very approachable and courteous. We decided to sell with Brendan and his team and glad we did. Brendan and Lindsay did a fantastic job at marketing the property, following up leads, keeping us updated and knows the region inside and out, which is very helpful. If we were to sell another property in the Moreton Bay region, we would 100% be using Breandan again. Great result.
