Maurice was able to explain the process and he went above and beyond to make things easier. He also assisted the tenants who were in the house to find other premises. Selling a house can be an emotional time and Maurice was able to make it a lot easier.

We went during the covid. Maurice was very polite didn't snob us. Many phone calls back and forth beyond his job. He definitely earned his commission with my partner many questions. I'll buy off Maurice next time for sure.

Found a not so easy to find apartment with decent grounds very quickly for us which suited our life style.

I mainly dealt with Charlotte as a representative of Kim Carter. She has been a very friendly and supportive person to deal with. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and handling of my property purchase. Communication with Charlotte, who also spoke for the owner of the property, was very successful, always friendly.

Kim was able to acquire a sale on our property within quite a short space of time. Although I would have preferred to obtain a higher sale price, Kim's knowledge of the local market proved otherwise. Kim accomplished a quick sale effortlessly and gave good advice along the way. Kim offered a professional and friendly service and I would not hesitate to recommend Kim Carter to any future seller or should the opportunity arise for myself in the future.

Kim was very helpful throughout and kept us up to date every step of the way

I found Brad and Annette very experienced real estate agents, and great to deal with, like old friends.

Living in Victoria and selling a property in QLD, everything was done by phone and email. I could trust Kim 100 percent with the selling of my property. She was very honest, open and easy to deal with and a very hard worker. Kim went above and beyond with helping with communications and dealing with my tenants having to move after sale. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kim again and highly recommended Carter Cooper Real Estate to anyone who wants to buy or sell.

This is the third house we have bought from Annette & if need be she will always be our preferred agent. She's a very knowledgeable, caring & kind person & makes you feel like a friend not just an agent.

Annette understands her clients and their needs very well, and as a result was able to identify the perfect buyer for my property. Within days of listing my property was sold, without even advertising. It was a seamless transition and I am very happy.
