The purchase of our new house was a little different as we were unable to view the house. Instead my sister and her husband met with Maurice and viewed the property. I spoke with both my sister and Maurice to be able to fully understand and appreciate the property. At all times Maurice was understanding, approachable and honest. He explained the situation perfectly. He is a very easy and straight forward communicator. Our negotiations were handled not only very professionally, but also with a sense of ease and calmness.
