Thank you Kim Carter for your professional approach and perseverance in selling my property in Hervey Bay. On a depressed and difficult market and having a property that would not suit many buyers your Company has done a wonderful job in selling this property. I highly recommend your Company to any prospective customers.

We recently called Kim when we were interested in selling our home and she gave us information that would assist us about the sale process. Kim is part of a very-hard working, responsive team and we believe they looked after our best interests. She listened closely to our needs, developed a plan specific to our home and then implemented it promptly. We believe the service and attention received from Carter Cooper Realty was exceptional. Regardless of whether you are renting, buying or selling we would highly recommend Kim and the Carter Cooper Realty team as we believe we could not have asked for better realtors to facilitate the process of selling our home. Kim and Michelle have been excellent on every front. Professional, knowledgeable, and always doing what you'd expect. We trusted the biggest agent in town with the awards to back it up, and it was the right choice. Thank you!

Jana was fantastic, we are approximately 17 hours away from Hervey Bay and nothing was to much trouble. Jana did some video's of the property and send them to us, Jana also did face time so that we could see the property and organised for a family member to view the house for us. Even after the initial paperwork had been done, Jana then organised for an inspection for my husband. I would definitely recommend Jana and if we require any assistance in the future with real-estate, we will definitely be using Jana again..... Danielle

We have just sold our home with Carter Cooper Realty. All our dealings with Kim Carter and her dedicated team (especially Michelle and Amanda) were absolutely first class – thoroughly professional, efficient and reliable with nothing being too much trouble. Kim’s unique and in-depth knowledge of the Hervey Bay real estate market puts her way above the other agents we had contact with. If you are after the best price for your home with outstanding customer service give Kim Carter a call. Geoff and Gayle
