Kym Is the most skilled and hardworking agent that I have ever had to deal with. Her local knowledge of the area and her constant market updates at a time when sales for property on the higher end of the scale were not great was extremely helpful. Kym gave constant feedback on any inspections and continued to follow these through. Kym saw the attributes of our home and marketed these accordingly. After a lengthy period on the market Kym did not waiver in her attitude or prowess. I would highly recommend Kym as an extremely professional lady to sell your property.

I used Kim to sell a block of land in Pialba in a market I knew would be tight. Kim knew how to best present the property and attract good interest in the vacant block. After kissing a couple of toads we found a genuine purchaser in half the time I expected to in this market. Kim communicated with me well along the way and provided regular assurance that she was working to find a suitable buyer. I would recommend Him highly, especially as an out of town seller, it was great to have a knowledgeable agent 'on the ground' who knew my objectives for the site from when I purchased it through to subdivision and then sale.
