We were very happy with the services of Kim Carter. Right from the date of listing she organised inspections and had a contract in place in a few weeks. From listing to settlement she has been in constant communication with us efficiently dealing with issues as they arose. We have no hesitation recommending Kim to prospective sellers. She has been a pleasure to work with and we would use here again in the future. Kind regards, Ton

Having dealt with Kim on several occasions since 2002, involving the purchase of both private and business properties and more recently with the sale of the family property here in the Bay, my late husband and I always had the highest regard for her as a real estate business person. She has always shown an honest and professional attitude to all dealings, and has gone out of her way to make sure all facets of my recent house sale went as smoothly as possible. I would not deal with any other agent in the Bay .if the occasion arose in the future. Sincerely Mrs Anne Scott

Having sold various properties in and out of Hervey Bay, I have worked with several agents. What I always want from an agent selling my property is honesty, work ethic, excellent and frequent communication, great local market knowledge, extensive connections to prospective buyers (and other agents) and efficiency. Kim has these capacities is spades. She is out of the top draw! Thanks again for your work in selling 2 of our Hervey Bay properties in recent times Kim! Mike McLaughlin

We have used Annette to sell all of our properties and wouldn't think of using anyone else, where ever she is we would follow. Nothing is a problem, things just happen. Best in the Bay.

We sold our property through Carter Cooper and found the service and professionalism was second to none. Over our lifetime we have had extensive dealings in real estate. Kim listed our house and within three days she had reached a very acceptable outcome. We would like to recommend Kim and her team to any prospective vendors or purchasers . We give them a FIVE STAR RATING.
