Excellent, very professional with an extremely deep knowledge of the market she operates in.
Kim is the ultimate professional, she is very methodical and also very contactable. I would recommend Kim as first choice if you intend to sell your property in the Hervey Bay area. Her office also handled the tenancy arrangements from when the property was brand new and it was the most pleasant and professional experience I have had in my entire history of tenanted investment properties. her level of professionalism is reflected by all staff in her office.

Maurie Ellis & WHY
As the Sellers we had pride in our property. We wanted assistance to achieve a sale of our well maintained 3 acre country home. Maurie walked casually on to our raised patio.. 'If I owned this place I would sit here everyday'... Jet, his kelpie sat at his feet. 'I would never leave'. Ironic from a Realtor. We say the same but age is relevant. The view of lake & gardens will be for the new owners. Maurie saw it and a rapport initiated between us him & Jet. Professional, approachable and with a vast knowledge of the Hervey Bay market.
The reason we chose Kim to help us sell our property was that she initially approached us in a much more relaxed fashion than other agents. We never felt coerced or rushed into doing anything. She was friendly and knowledgeable and due to her long experience working in real estate in Hervey Bay she already knew our house and also knew the builder. Because the house is somewhat unique and couldn’t be directly compared to others nearby she took the time to do the research and arrive at a price range that we all agreed was fair. Kim is very approachable, professional and she was always available if we had any questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kim as an Agent.
