This was our first purchase of A property and Maurice and Nicole could not have been more helpful. Very honest and open people who know their business extremely well. I would not hesitate in recommending them for any potential buyer or seller.

A big thank you to Kim and her team for the sale of our property. We found Kim very professional and she provided excellent service, as well as great knowledge of the local market.

We needed to sell our property with a certain amount of urgency as we were relocating to another city. After the very first visit with Kim to discuss what our wants and needs were regarding our home, we felt completely at ease and confident in her ability. Kim understood our position but also wouldn't let us give our home away because of the situation. She came up with a marketing plan and our property sold in the first week. Thoroughly professional and we would highly recommend Kim and her Team at Carter Cooper Realty Hervey Bay. Rod and Debra McDonald.

Kim Carter is a well respected property agent who i met many years ago in Hervey Bay when i started investing in property. Her expertise, commitment & professionalism she provides is second to none. I have & will continue to recommend her to all my family & friends who wish to buy or sell in Hervey Bay. My aim was to have a sale within 3 months of listing. So to have a contract in 11 days & settlement 24 days later was a win for me & the purchaser. Also, keeping me informed at every stage of the selling process was very reassuring for me. Thanks again to Kim & her dedicated team. Kind Regards, Tracy.

I would recommend Carter Cooper to everybody. Kim and Her Team would have to be the most Professional, Prompt, Honest and Diligent Agents in the Bay. 5 Star Realtor's *****
