Mixed feelings about this experience as purchasers. The agent who showed us the property (and was our primary contact) was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. My dealings with Kim Carter, however, were quite different. I found her abrasive, poor communication, and displayed little support for us as buyers. Even agreeing to host an open home when the sale was under contract, without advising us. We were grateful to collect the keys beforehand for early possession, but after settlement, neither Kim (nor our primary contact) bothered to contact us at all. We felt very undervalued as customers.
