My brother and I initially had three agents from different companies view our parent's property in Hervey Bay to give us their advice, information and pricing. Amanda was the agent that clearly stood out for us, above the other two and we chose to sell with CarterCooper. We listed over the Christmas/New Year period and she was quick to get our property photographed and online promptly, with open houses underway soon after. She communicated with us every step of the way, conducted extra viewings for prospective buyers and texted us with daily updates. We received data on the number of views our listing was getting on realesate.com etc. I was in Brisbane for this whole process and Amanda was very helpful in assisting me arrange bond cleaners and installation of smoke alarms prior to sale. The advertising package recommend by Amanda was competitively priced, as was the deal we received on commission. Our property ended up being in a multiple offer situation and Amanda put in a lot of work with many, many phone calls back and forth between us and the two potential buyers, negotiating hard on our behalf and getting us the best unconditional contract and final sale price, all within only a small number of days from our initial listing. My brother and I are very appreciative of Amanda's assistance and knowledge throughout this sale process and we are truly very happy with the result she achieved for our family.
