Kim has the vendor's interest at the forefront when she sets the price on your property. We had 2 other agencies wanting to set it much lower, obviously to get a quick sale. She then puts in the effort to achieve that goal, even though it might take a little longer.

As purchasers, like most, we were wary of agents. This doubt was immediately removed at the first meeting with Steph. There was transparency and honest communication from start to finish.
