A positive experience
Maurice Ellis responded immediately to my request to view the property and arranged suitable times on 3 different occasions. He was able to answer many of our questions but also stated honestly if he did not know. I believe Maurice has sold many houses in the Hervey Bay region and therefore has considerable knowledge of the current market. He negotiated the price professionally and communicated openly.
