Terrible communications. I excepted my estate agent to help me with the inspection of the property- no response. I then got a tex to say my settlement was happening with no help from him. He told me he would drop off a bottle of bubbly for settlement, it never came there was no response at all . He got a sale then literally didn’t care . I have brought and sold many properties all in WA and always had great connection with my estate agent . This was appalling. I would never recommend this company and now that I’m living in Hervey Bay I will make sure I am heard . I apologise if I am being abrupt but the service was disappointing and disgraceful.

The Traumatic experience usually experienced with moving house was greatly mitigated by the availability of Brad to talk to us about some issues that arose during the transition. The move was still a huge challenge, but it would have been much harder if we had had an uncooperative selling agent at the buying end. We usually forget about the "other guy's" agent, and just depend on our own agent when moving house, but Brad shows just how important it is to be able to depend on that "other guy's" agent to make sure you understand all of he issues being sorted, and to be able to explain and clarify local issues as they arise.
