With the recent sale of our house Kim was always available and kept us updated . Kim works very hard. Kim leads a great team at Carter Cooper Real Estate. I would definitely recommend her to help sell your house.

Kim and Annette were excellent to deal with. Annette provided personalised service to find our home and give us a tour virtually. Made buying without a personal inspection much more reassuring for us.

Mum sold her house, of over 40year, with Kim Carter from Carter Real Estate Agency. From start to finish she was very professional, kind, responsive to all our questions, and a constant professional. She sold the house above what we were expecting. We would choose Kim to buy or sell through every time.

Jana kept me informed weekly if not daily on the progress of my unit sale status. Once sold it was a very easy process - Thanks to Jana.

Kim asked us what we were looking for; we didn't know, but would know once we saw it. One of her staff had suggested "perhaps not the cookie-cutter" so, Kim arranged to meet us at what soon became our wonderful home. Kim demonstrated her professionalism through the whole process, and we felt she was treating both parties with integrity, honesty and respect; certainly, that's how we were treated. Thank you, Kim, and a big thank you too, to the friendly staff at Carter Cooper.

Kim is an absolute gem to deal with and that's one of the reasons she is the no.1 selling agent in town poles apart from the competition and a stress free selling experience, what more could you ask for ?
