Maurice expressed excellent market knowledge for the area and we were successful with the price he suggested. He communicated with us throughout the contract and kept us up to date. He was always able to attend the house when needed for building inspections etc. My aunt was the vendor and quite elderly and Maurice was always considerate of her feelings.
