As investors from interstate with a brand new property we needed a real estate we could trust and we found it with Maddie and her team. From the first instance they showed their local knowledge and personal service. They went above and beyond to lease out our brand new home and have been great since. We would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Maddie Dolan. Maddie and her team are exceptional agents. Listed my rental property with Maddie and her team and through the turbulent period of the coronavirus they secured for us an amazing result. Maddie goes above and beyond and when you list with her, she makes you feel as if your property is in safe hands with her and her team. In my opinion Maddie Dolan is one of the best agents in real estate and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Maddie and her staff are always responsive to our questions and quick to ensure all our property management issues are sorted. We currently have two properties under her management and will be adding a futher two in the coming months. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else after poor outcomes with two other agencies in the area.

We have been with the team from Maddies for a just under 12 months now and have been consistently impressed with their communication and prompt attention to any issues or concerns raised by ourselves or guests in the property. The team and in particular Lyndal have made our decision to place our property with them justified.

Excellent service. Found a tenant very quickly, and has been helpful in offering advice on best way to maximise the rental income on our property. Achieved higher rental amount than what we thought, which has been a bonus.

The property management team are very helpful and went to extra lengths to ensure that the property was up to scratch for viewing when it became vacant. The managing agents even went in and cleaned parts of the property themselves and did some handy work around the house which is just amazing dedication. I held out little hope of finding a tenant during the pandemic but not only did they find a tenant the property was only vacant for about two weeks so great work.
