they are good at finding tenants, but I am a little bit worried about inspections. I was around recently about the smoke alarm and there was a dog in the house and the garden did not look as if it had been maintained. A drive by would have picked this up Otherwise happy with their services

We have had some awful experiences with property managers. Century 21 Maddies Hermans had restored my faith. They have been managing our property now for a few years and have been fantastic. They are great communicators and keep us informed. They return phone calls and really care about who they put in our property. The property managers are mature and understand what it is like to have an investment property. Highly recommended.
