After looking a property & not hearing back for anyone we had actually written off the property. But I have to say when Amiee called & advise us we had got it, we were extremely happy. Amiee has been great to deal with, even when she is hard to get hold of at times, (understand that is the nature of her role in real estate). We are looking forward to collect our keys & moving this weekend. Yes we would happy refer friends to Amiee whether they are buying, selling or like us finding a rental.

Excellent communication when providing rental options in a very tight market. Enthusiastic, helpful and provided a lot of information that we required as new settlers to Australia. Briefed us on the market conditions, encouaged us where we should focus our efforts in regards to location and types of dwellings. Extremely easy to deal with and no fuss.
