We decided to rent our property through Century 21 as another one of their agents had already been so helpful when we were searching for a property initially. We were referred to Aimee and wow! What a lovely breath of fresh air! Aimee is patient, bubbly yet professional, and assisted us every step of the way. She went above and beyond for us during the rental process and I couldn’t be happier with the service she currently provides to us. Thank you Aimee for making a potentially stressful ordeal of renting out our home, to a completely seamless and easy!

We had the most incredible experience right from the beginning!! When we contacted them, Aimee called us straight away and came out the same day to evaluate our home. Then we had the photos done within the week, and it was up on the market and rented within a week! Aimee was incredible, the whole process was seamless and

Agent staff try to answer and help me a lot about move in. The house hasn’t been checked and fixed properly before moving me in. It’s better to have a bit more days to check and fix the problems than letting me find it out when I start living in and find the problem and ask for help. It’s understandable that agent want to care for owner’s benefit, but to the tenant, our benefit isn’t important too? A few days time to fully fix house problems will cause the lost of rent, but it shows the care and responsibility of an agent should give to the customer, either the owner and the tenant.

I cannot recommend Rohani Kumar and the whole C21 Maroochydore property management team more highly for any prospective landlords or tenants. Rohani managed our unit in Maroochydore for the last few years and she was so professional, proactive and a great communicator. Rohani was always on top of any maintenance issues, routine inspections and rent reviews/lease renewals and made everything so easy for us. Being interstate investors, we really relied on her local knowledge, advice and expertise and we cannot thank her enough for being so friendly and easy to deal with!

We recently needed to look for a new tenant for our property. At the same time, the property needed a little TLC. Amber and her team were very understanding of our wishes and were right on the ball to not only secure a new tenant, but at a date which gave us the time required to get the work done. We can't complain about their service and communication... Excellent!
