The team we dealt with was always in contact with us from when the process started to the finish. Easy to deal with , provided us with feedback after open houses. They provided us documents & photos of our property that would be used as the ad & asked for our input . We had a tenant within 2 weeks at a much higher rent than we would have expected . We would like to thank the team for their efforts . A special thanks to our property manager Alicia who arranged all in & out going inspections & suggested things for us to do to get a better rent . I am not sure the new property manager is entirely acting in my interest. I had no contact other than a circular email. I had to argue to get a result for vacate damage costs realised and refunded with an attitude of not the tenants fault. Came accross as defensive. I thought you were working in my interests. I have also no response to enquiring on whether water consumption was taken out of the departing tenants bond or if they were invoiced and paid it.
