I have been using Century 21 on Duporth for my property in Coolum. Sherrill has been an amazing property manager returning emails the same day and handling all enquiries with the utmost efficiency. When our lease ended I spoke with Mel and queried the rent she had suggested, she felt a few other properties had been rented lower than there worth so I let her do her thing and she secured what she thought our property was worth after the 1st inspection.
