Since leasing through another realestate who didn’t communicate efficiently, was unreliable and didn’t provide any support or security to us a tenants, century 21 on duporth has been unbelievable. Everyone in the office is so friendly and willing to help however they can. The communication is so quick between us and our property manager. If things require maintenance it happens the day of or within the week depending the urgency level. I couldn’t recommend century 21 on Duporth enough!

We have been happy with our ongoing and prompt and professional communication with Ane. From day one, she has sought to address our queries quickly and efficiently. She is friendly and always approachable. The systems within Century 21 have been disappointing - not notifying us of delayed rent and mismanagement of our smoke alarm compliance. These have been rectified but only because we identified them to Century 21. We hope this improves.
