We were offered an inspection within 24 hours of asking and having seen the property we applied and heard we’d been accepted within 2 working days thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the staff here. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

Handles water maintenance requests promptly which in effect protects the landlords property. Very polite and really a pleasure to lease through. If I wasn't leasing and I was owning I would recommend our agent.

Ane has been incredible to work with through out our new lease. From the inspection to signing the lease and handing over to our property manager. Her service, efficiency and professionalism are second to none. She’s gone beyond and above for us and has made the process of moving so much less stressful. I rented through Centry 21 Duporth many years ago and I remember it being a great experience. It’s great to rent through you guys again and the experience is even better so far. Thank you Ane and Centry 21

I am grateful to the Century 21 on Duporth team for making it easy to move into Sunshine Coast given that I am currently residing interstate. They have excellent agents who are very professional and go out of their way to make this experience of finding rentals in a difficult time seamless and hassle-free. They also provide quick and timely communication which helps in making this as stress-free as possible.

The team we dealt with was always in contact with us from when the process started to the finish. Easy to deal with , provided us with feedback after open houses. They provided us documents & photos of our property that would be used as the ad & asked for our input . We had a tenant within 2 weeks at a much higher rent than we would have expected . We would like to thank the team for their efforts . A special thanks to our property manager Alicia who arranged all in & out going inspections & suggested things for us to do to get a better rent . All the repairs were done prior to the new tenant moving in . Kind Regards Martin & Suzanne

The team at C21 demonstrated a good level of market knowledge and timely communication when seeking a tenant, establishing the tenancy and ongoing management. Early days yet, however I am happy with the service.

We were very apprehensive to move after over 6 years in our old home, especially with the rental market as crazy as it is. But Century 21 on Duporth made the experience very easy. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind.
